Betty Blaney, M.A., Ed.S

Founder, Director  & Program Facilitator.  Betty has over 14 years of experience in the fields of Special Education, Autism, ADD/ADHD and a variety of developmental disabilities. Betty has a Bachelor of Arts in Child and Human Development from CSU at Hayward, and Master's Degrees in School Psychology and Education from Chapman University.  Betty's experience includes: District School Psychologist, School based Child and Adolescent Counseling, Behavior Intervention Specialist, Sustance Abuse Counseling, Social Skills Training, Play Therapy, and Parenting (a typical child and a child with PDD-NOS). 

Christina Mc Lean, B.S.

Program Facilitator. Christina has a Degree in Psychology from UC Santa Barbara. Christina is experienced in the fields of Special Education, Facilitating Children in Full Inclusion and Play and Social Skills Coaching. Christina is a natural at teaching, she specializes in early elementary school aged children and her expertise is conversation skills.

Michelle Graffis, B.S.

Program Assistant.  Michelle has a Degree in Psychology from UC Santa Barbara.  Michelle is experienced in the fields of Applied Behavior Analysis, Pivital Reponse Training and Child Care.  Michelle supports a variety of age groups, her expertise is effective communication. 

Justin Gibbs

Program Assistant.  Justin is a well educated young man with tremendous experience in the field of special education.  Justin as been employed as a District Para Professional for many years and enjoys supporting the development of children with exceptional needs.  Justin specializes in early intervention and his expertise is play and communication skills.
